I used Tier 1 and Maurice on a job at my house in Grayton Beach.  Maurice was clear on scope, price and timing and delivered on all counts. Tier 1 Custom Builders, Maurice Sweet and his team remodeled our vacation home. Our experience was absolutely incredible and we highly recommend their services. They were highly organized, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. We lived out of state while our project was being completed, but the communication, consistent updates and responsiveness from their team made our renovation stress free. The work completed was 1st class and there were no corners cut in making sure our renovation was done correctly. On top of great communication, Tier 1 always completed tasks and showed up when we were told they were going to be working. We developed a great relationship through this process and will only use them in the future. Renovations and building can be stressful and frustrating, if you want to take the stress and frustration off the table, the only option is Tier 1. We were introduced to Maurice and Monica, owners of tier1, by our rental agent. They are a very personable and talented team. They provided design, gave great advice on materials and colors that gave us a third floor with an additional bath room, two remodeled bathroom, new floors through out. They remodeled the master bathroom to give it a wow appearance! Upgraded our kitchen. They were timely which was very important since this property is in rental program.

Tier 1 did a major renovation to my beachfront home along 30A. We interviewed three builders for my project and knew from the start that Tier 1 was the best choice for the project. Maurice was prepared for our initial meeting as he had developed a detailed project cost schedule and a written scope of work. He provided a comprehensive knowledge of the best building practices for the beachfront environment and was particular in what construction materials we used to ensure long term quality. From the very beginning, Maurice fully explained how we would proceed in the project with change orders and with the billing process. I found that he was clear in how he conducted business and found that we were able to handle any unexpected issues with no problems. Maurice's knowledge and experience in water intrusion was immensely helpful to me as we did uncover a few issues with our balconies and with a couple of windows. He was always focused on doing things the right way to ensure that we did not have problems in the future.  As issues were uncovered in the project, Maurice was always available to provide all of the information and discuss solutions

Tier 1 is a company that you can trust with your renovation project. I relied completely on Maurice and his team and they truly produced excellent results with my major renovation.  As we completed the project, Maurice has always been available to address things that have popped up. I highly recommend him and would use Tier 1 for any future project. We had an extensive remodel project with multiple locations in our house.  This is my first experience with contractors in Florida. Maurice Sweet was professional and really great to work with.  Always did what he said he was going to do (Surprising these days) we give Tier 1 and  Maurice Sweet our highest recommendation.
